Information we collect
Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. Order details: products, prices, order status and your order and review history. Device and usage details: IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies as explained in our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
To confirm, deliver and track your orders; to contact you about your order, delivery, warranty or support request; to send a one-time code when you sign in with your phone; to improve our website and product range; and to prevent fraud and keep the shop secure. We send promotional messages only where permitted, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Orders and accounts
We use the contact, address and order details you provide to manage your account, deliver orders and provide support.
Payments
UQ Store does not ask for or store your card number, card PIN or mobile-banking PIN. Never share a PIN or one-time code with anyone claiming to be from UQ Store.
Who we share information with
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed with delivery partners to bring your order to you, with the brand's authorized service centre when you make a warranty claim, with service providers that host our website and send SMS, and with government or legal authorities when the law requires it.
Facebook and Instagram advertising
UQ Store shares permitted page views, product IDs, cart actions, searches, checkout actions, order totals in BDT, contact-link clicks and successful registrations with Meta for advertising measurement and optimization. Meta may receive IP addresses, browser information and advertising cookies. We do not send customer names, phone numbers or email addresses for advertising matching. Purchase measures an order placed, not payment received; Contact measures a contact-link click, not a completed conversation.
Your advertising choice
In regions requiring consent, advertising tracking remains off until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we ask for consent. Elsewhere ordinary tracking is enabled unless you reject it. Cookie settings lets you reject or withdraw permission at any time; opening settings alone does not change your choice. We retain the visitor reference, region, time, notice version and text, and choice history as consent evidence in this browser. Withdrawal stops new reporting, without erasing earlier acceptance evidence.
How we protect your information
Your information is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections, and only authorized UQ Store staff can see order details, only for the work they do. We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, warranty, accounting and legal requirements.
Your rights
You can view and update your name, phone and addresses from your account at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows, or withdraw permission for marketing and advertising.
