How much is the delivery charge?
৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka per standard parcel. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm. Large or special deliveries may differ, and we confirm that with you before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
About 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka after order confirmation and dispatch. Remote areas, bulky items and holidays may take longer.
Can I return an accessory or spare part?
Yes — eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, complete and in original packaging. Defective or wrong items are always handled.
What if my product arrives damaged?

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the return is approved and inspected. Your payment provider may need extra time.
